Great pretzel but horrible customer service. We stopped to get a pretzel while shopping, When we sat down, we realized that we never paid them. I went over and told them that we did not pay. Three associates spent 10 minutes looking over the computer system trying to figure out which order was mine. After 10 minutes, I told them I was going to join my family and eat. By then, my pretzel was cold. Then I kids noticed they were motioning for me to return to the cashier. They didn’t even walk over to our table. Our order had been removed from the cash register, but they went ahead and reentered it and I owed $13.02. No free sauce, free refill….nothing. I really didn’t mind paying the money when I approached them, however, I didn’t think it would take them 20 minutes of my time for them to figure it out.
