Nice little place to enjoy a meal. First time here but will definitely come back… wonderful chicken tenders and BBQ chicken… Thai sauce was great. boyfriend had a steak that was perfect to him and he is super picky. service was good. my only complaint is that the ranch dressing is very strange with egg and garlic chunks. overall a great experience.

The food is not bad, but it’s not really good either. The decor and menu scream 1980’s. I would guess that it has survived all these years off of the neighboring hotel and over flow from Cracker-barrel.

Just Short Of Excellent. From start to finish the food was really good. The nachos appetizer was a heaping mound of crispy, salty goodness with gooey melted cheese and lots of toppings. The abundant chicken alfredo was creamy and the classic American cheeseburger was perfectly cooked. The Brookie, a dessert that tasted like a warm soft brownie that had coconut and chocolate in it and topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, was sweetly perfect. The one fly in the ointment at Rafferty’s was the smoked tomato horseradish sauce. We had never had it before and wanted to try it. When our bill arrived we had been charged for it which the server failed to mention would happen. Since we purchased an appetizer, two entrees, a dessert, drinks and the bread was missing from the chicken alfredo entree, it would seem the sauce should have been complimentary.

Very standard fare. But solid food and friendly service.

A Good Vibe. Hubby and I tried this place for the first time just last night. Even at the late hour it was filled with bright tvs, groups of middle-aged happy drunk folk, and some wee tots. The menu is nothing extraordinarily inventive. It’s similar to what you would get at another steak or American fare place. The exception is probably their croissants…two kinds. Regular or dessert. We had the dessert. I cried from the happiness as I sunk my teeth into the soft, warm, honey-covered goodness. Is it possible my life is finally complete?

Amazing salad dressing. We had about a 15 minute wait on a very busy Sunday night. Staff seemed to work very fast and efficiently. Best item is the House Mustard Honey Bacon salad dressing. Fried pickles are a close second. I would recommend asking for their homemade ranch dressing for a dipper for the fried pickles instead of the somewhat sweet, tangy sauce that they are served with. Hubby said ribs were amazing. I was super disappointed that they did not have a larger steak selection and I ended up with chicken which was a tad overcooked. Overall, I would rate as a B.

Maybe misleading…… Ok, I voted I liked it for one reason….. The deep fried dill pickles! Sliced instead of quartered makes them a lot more inviting! I also had a half club which was better than average and a baked potato which was below average. If in the neighborhood, I will stop by…. for the pickles!
