Not good. Had crab ragoon, little fill, all cream. I got sesame chicken wife got General Tso. Sauces were all too sweat and tasted the same. I tried this based on high rating, I do not see how the rating is good.
What happened?. Over the past year or so, there’s been a marked decline in the quality of the food here. Used to love it, especially since they deliver to my office. Makes late nights working OT a lot more pleasant. However, I think I’ll just be sticking to LaRosa’s from now on, since the past few times I’ve ordered here the food has been poorly made. The sesame chicken is soggy and weird, the veggies dry, and the hot & sour soup just tastes like the sludge at the bottom of the sink at the end of a long night. The best part of my most recent meal was the fortune cookie…That’s just not good. Other dishes are similarly disappointing, and some of the better more authentic dishes don’t appear to be on the menu anymore. Please just drop the sushi and focus on what you were so good at before: affordable, good Chinese food that delivers, both literally and metaphorically.**I want to add that the staff is incredibly nice and the delivery is quick, and I really don’t think this is a bad restaurant. I think they just seem to have lost their way, or the chef is tired or something. Hope it turns around.
This is the typical plaza store front Chinese Restraurant. It is clean and the staff is extremely polite. Downside: the glazes and sauces are too sweet and too heavy. I will give the menu a few more tries before I vote Like vs Doesn’t Like, because I want to like this place.
As with any fast Chinese food restaurant, you will run into a mild language barrier. With patience, you will find a delicious option for the money. The crab Rangoon is phenomenal! If you are carrying out, I suggest not calling ahead, as orders are taken in a hurry, and the occasional mistake is made. Kind of wish they had web ordering for home delivery orders. I would rate them very good for food, fair to good for customer service, and good for cleanliness.
Always satisfied. I think they are prompt with their delivery’s..my food is always piping hot and great! the only problem I have is some of the food can be a little greasy …so order wisely , I LOVE their lo mein and the vegtables!!
HORRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t expect it, cause it won’t happen!
