Too busy during a UK game. Not staffed appropriately. Was highly disappointed in our service on a game day. The food would have been delicious, but was not timed appropriately. There were only two servers in the dining room (which was packed). A guy I assumed was the manager was walking around talking to older patrons. My fiance and I were the youngest people in the room (and we are 30), yet we were ignored. Our appetizer took 30 minutes and was delivered with our entrees. Because I ordered fried fish and he had a burger, my fried food was cold. I asked for it to be taken back and the server rolled her eyes at me. I didn’t receive cole slaw that was supposed to come with my order and had to walk across the dining room myself to get vinegar and ketchup. Again, the food was great, but as a former server, I was put off and will not be returning.
