Great location. Very nice seating area. The problem is the product. The donuts and pastries are very inconsistent. The big issue is the balance. Most items are overly sweet. I had a donut that had a sweet filling topped with a grainy super sweet icing. I assume they switched bakers. I went the first week they were opened. The items were much better.
