I’m hooked on this food!. The lemongrass chicken is delicious. I also love the chicken curry and their egg rolls are wonderful. The ingredients are so fresh and the flavors are authentic Vietnamese.

All fresh ingredients. Each dish made from scratch. The broth for the pho is very subtle and full of flavor. The beef in the noodle egg roll dish is perfect. The salads are full of big bright flavors and lots of crunch. This place is a must. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
Eat. More. Mai Saigon.. The food here is flavorful and fresh and their prices are unbeatable… But keep an eye out for their location– we nearly past it. We ordered the egg rolls, the spicy noodle soup with chicken (spicy!!), beef pho and some kind of toasted bread with a spread over top. Everything is delicious. If you get the pho, add the homemade brown sauce that’s in the squirt bottle. The menu is very small– which I love. You can also purchase Vietnamese and other Asian cooking products here. A little elderly couple owns the place, it’s easy to tell they love cooking and serving. This place is a diamond in the rough and has great potential. Now go try it out and tell everyone how tasty and delicious it is– I don’t ever want this place to close up shop.

Light fresh Vietnamese comes to Frankfort. So happy!! The food here is fresh, nothing pre-made, and is So good! Authentic pho and spring rolls! Try the Vietnamese iced coffee for the ultimate sugar and caffeine high! We have eaten at Mai Saigon almost every weekend since they opened and will continue for many, many more to come!
