Americanized Mexican. We went to My Guadalajara for lunch. The service was good, other than the waiter bringing me the wrong drink. The food was edible but bland (perhaps catering to all the people who complain about food that’s too hot for their delicate palates) The meat portions were very generous, more than I would expect from authentic mexican. Over all a perfect place for people who expect their Mexican food to be completely Amercanized. I wouldn’t, however recommend My Guadalajara to anybody looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, the food just doesn’t measure up.
