Delicious! Best BBQ I’ve had to date. A variety of delicious sauces to choose from, friendly staff, simple menu, and the best pulled pork there is. Order anything that’s got it. If you’re in the area, try this place out!

Little Place, Huge Taste!. Stopped on a recommendation from our hotel clerk and from the reviews. Definitely not a disappointment. We got the pit combination which included pulled pork, brisket and sliced pork shoulder. The shoulder was a wee bit dry but was still tasty. The homemade sauces offered ranged from mild to very hot and were a great compliment to the well prepared meat which was not overly smokey. It was just enough smoke. We were disappointed that they had sold out of barbecued ribs a little earlier, but that proves to me that their food is prepared fresh, daily and does not lay around getting yucky. With paper plates and plastic dinnerware, it’s certainly not fancy but who cares when the food is great and reasonably priced? We will stop back on our next trip down through that area.

Wilfire BBQ is worth the stop!. My family was traveling through Franklin, KY and found Wildfire BBQ & Grill. The BBQ was fabulous, as were the sides and service. We tried the brisket and it was tender and delicious. The pulled pork was also incredibly juicy and meaty (not fatty or dry) the meat was melt in your mouth great. There were multiple sauces that were all tasty and made choosing just one, very difficult. We tried the potato salad, hog fries and baked beans, each unique and top-notch. To top it all off, the service was friendly and attentive. The owner offered suggestions and followed up on our experience. It was like eating at a friend’s home!

I travel several states (Texas to Ohio) for work and always try the local non chain restaurants. Wildfire BBQ is probably on my top 3 BBQ joints. I got the combo platter and was glad I did. The brisket was tender with a nice dark bark on the edge and the pork was soooo juicy. The rich hickory flavor could be tasted in every bite. The sauce is kind of a hybrid among Texas, Carolina, and KC: slightly sweet with a smoky tang. The sauce is offered in 3 levels of heat so whatever you prefer you can get it. I’ll be back and will be bringing my cooler to take more home. Enjoy!!!! Oh Jeff who is the owner is more than happy to throw in some helpful tips when you are ready to try your hand at smoking your own meat.

EXCELLENT BARBECUE. Wildfire proves that you can’t judge a book by its cover…or…barbecue by the venue. Wildfire may look humble, but inside lies a host of delicious BBQ. I recently returned from Corky’s BBQ and Charlie Vergos’ Rendezvous, both in Memphis, but none compared to my Pit Combo (which, amazingly, was only $7–bargain priced). The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful, all on its own, though well-complimented by a wide variety of original sauces. Definitely two thumbs up, and if I had a third…. Service was impeccable. The thin-cut pork shoulder was good, but it was a bit dry. It was the only thing on my fully-loaded plate that I didn’t absolutely love. Recommended to anyone who loves great BBQ for equally great prices. Seriously, go here.
