I’ve been here numerous times but today the cashier was rude & it ruins the dinning experience. She will will not receive any tip from me. Very disappointed. 🙁
Absolutely the best pizza around! We love that Giovanni’s is here and eat there at least twice a month. Great thin crust pizza with the perfect sauce and seasonings. We also love their bacon cheese garlic bread and Snyders BBQ chips! Oh, and they have Pepsi!
Worst Customer Service. Ordered a pizza today and it was an hour and a half before we received it. We called after 50 minutes and was told the driver was stuck behind a wreck. After am hour and twenty minutes we called again and asked for a discount since we didn’t get a phone call or anything letting us know what was going on. When we asked to speak to the manager Jordan, she was completely rude and had no sympathy for our late order. When we asked for a discount, she lowered it by $4 and slammed the phone down, thus hanging up on us.
So glad they have one in Georgetown!. I grew up around a Giovanni’s in Martin, KY. It was THE place to eat there, and I use them as a comparison for every pizza place I’ve ever been to for that particular type of pizza (thin crust, loads of cheese, perfect sauce). When I found out that one was only a few miles from my offices in Georgetown, I was elated! I rushed over and orderd their cheesesticks (or bread sticks with cheese) and was instantly transported back 10 years. Fantastic! So far I’ve been there with two friends who are also foodies, and impressed. I haven’t tried the buffet, but I know their made to order pizzas, breadsticks and stromboli’s are out of this world.
