Great buffet with surprisingly good sushi for a Chinese buffet. The food is always hot and looks fresh for the most part. Really haven’t had any bad experiences here. I try to eat about 20 pieces of sushi to fill my soosh hole every time I eat there.
Good Buffet. Pretty darn good chinesse buffet. It is nice they have expanded now to include some sushi items. We usually go on a Saturday or Sunday, and the food has always been very fresh and delicious. It is worth the price, and the staff is friendly and attentive enough. The Mongolian grill is pretty good too. We’ve had better buffets down in Lexington, but the ARB is so convienent it wins out every time.

Most of the time the Sushi on the buffet is on par with a dedicated sushi place. Pretty amazing for a buffet.16 Nov, 2011A follow up. I felt the need after the last few visits here to state that their quality seems to go up and down. I have visited them a couple times during the week as they are on my way home form work about midway during my commute. I was so let down by the small quantities of really old stale food that I was just about to write them off as yet another once great Asian buffet that had outlived their spark, when I stopped by on a Friday evening to find that it was hard to find a seat. All of the food was fresh and great! There was the usual group of unshapley kitchen door quarterback Tong swashbuckling ass hats at the crab bin, but there was plenty of good sushi to be had as well as a lot of the lesser appreciated items.12 Aug, 2011Best chinese buffet ever. Asian Royal has an entire steam table covered in ice with sushi. It is pretty decent sushi too, not just California rolls but hand rolls and nagiri sushi as well as wakame salad.The hibachi (Mongolian grill to some) has lots of nice looking meats and veggies to choose from.The buffet is USUALLY hot and fresh. They serve some of the things that I like that not all Chinese buffets carry like kim chi and spicy cold baby octopus salad (and the octopus are not over cooked).

Worth a try!. Chinese buffets are among my favorite places to dine. This one was really good, with loads of choices. Though I can’t eat seafood, there were still so many dishes for me that I wanted more than I could possibly eat.My companion felt that the Mongolian grill should have been cleaner, and none of us tried it. Though she loves sushi, she declined to try what was out. She was also disappointed that the chocolate fountain turned out to be a pot of chocolate with a spoon, no fountain. We all found the ladies room wet and distasteful.I would go back for the food. They need to work on their cleanliness, though it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever encountered.
Very good! I took my 11yr old daughter on a Thursday. Lots to choose from @ sushi bar. Great selection at the grill. Everything was fresh and delicious. Exceptionally attentive staff.
