Fun dining. Anything hibatchi is entertainment food. Go as a single and enjoy not feeling alone and sit back and enjoy the Chef’s show of slicing, dicing, and chopping! Vegetarians don’t have many options in Gtown but Sapporo saves the day! I gave 4.0 for novelty in Gtown!
The quality of the hibachi is better than the stuff available at many buffets– but not by a wide distance. The star of the meal is the fried rice. The protein and vegetables are covered in sauce and the taste of shrimp and scallop are lost. The edemame app was good and the ginger salad was tasty.
