The food was very good & the people were fun & friendly. I read other reviews & wondered but they were courteous polite & attentive. We had the Thai egg rolls which were excellent & I had the fried rice while my companion had the Thai noodles. We both shared & the food & thought we’re definitely coming back here! It was great food.

Fantastic Food!. I can’t believe great Thai food is in Georgetown of all places. Thai Garden is located on N. Broadway in a little yellow house. There is parking for maybe 6 cars, and inside there are a few tables and chairs. We dined in, and noted that they have a thriving take-out business. The light dcor is not even noticed when the food arrives. HUGE mounds of VERY delicious food! It appears this is a husband / wife team. She doesn’t speak English too well, but is so very gracious and makes sure you can enjoy their cuisine. We dined on the Pad Thai (mild) and the Angel Noodle (spicy) dishes. You can choose if you want your dish to be spicy or not. I particularly enjoyed that. Their spicy wasn’t so spicy that you couldn’t taste your food. It actually enhanced the flavors on the plate. A little wedge of lime was also supplied and married quite well with our dishes. There were a few other parties in while we were dining. One received a plate of fried rice that could easily feed 4 people. Others received plates of their stir fried dishes and soups. The portions are fantastic here, and so is the Thai Iced tea. Order it sweet with a little of the cream on top. It is quite delicious. We are adding Thai Garden to our regular dining out list.

I love this place! It is the best Thai food I have ever had. Don’t let the small location turn you off– the food is amazing! Get the pad Thai and the Thai tea…. Although, everything I’ve had there is good.

Good food, terrible service. I see a lot of really nice reviews about the food, but the folks failed to mention that the waitress can hardly speak english and she has a miserable temper to boot. I love thai food, but I wouldn’t go back here again because of how we were treated. Just keep that in mind when you dine here for the first time.
