The worst service ever. We were not checked on once and wanted to send our burnt food back but could not locate waiter. We had requested napkins when the food was delivered but did not receive them. In order to get the bill we had to srand up. We as asked our waiter, who finally appeared, to see the manager. He stated he was the manager. We told him about our complaints. He said Don’t pay. Don’t come back. I say Good advice.
Vegetarian grease. Wife and I ordered the vegee fajitas and received a pile of thinly sliced greasy onions along with a few shreds of tomatoes and mushrooms all in all very disappointing.
Never again. We have come here multiple times for usually decent service. But, no more. We will never go back. This past trip on a Saturday afternoon was their final failure. We had an order of two steak fajitas al a cart, one with a side of refried beans, a lunch order of two tacos with rice and beans, and a child’s cheese fajita with rice and beans. We waited for over half an hour giving us way too much time to finish off the bland salsa. The food arrived, all wrong. The steak fajitas were hamburger, one with refried beans, the other with rice that was not ordered. The two tacos with rice and beans came with one taco rice and beans, the child’s order showed up as just rice. The only thing this waiter was mentally capable of getting correct had been the sodas. At that stage, I led my daughters out of the restaurant to go elsewhere. Diego’s in the food court is much better.
Really solid Mexican food, good service, great margaritas. Make sure to check out the chori pollo or burrito al carbon, and come on a Monday or Wednesday for $1.99 margaritas.
Delicious hot food, fast, great service LOVE THIS PLACE
The ground beef tastes like dog food smells and even though their margaritas are delicious, mine always seem to come in a warm glass.
