Have been many times but the last couple of times the service was not so good. Very unfriendly workers except for busboy. The prices have been raised so now the portion of food you get isn’t worth the money. I live nearby but will now travel to go somewhere else.
My burger was AMAZING and I love that you get to dress the burger yourself, using their unlimited toppings bar. Leaves no room for mistakes!
Onion rings and variety of sauces were good, but they didn’t have a veggie burger?!? What are they thinking? The mac & cheese was forgettable. I also got a baked potato, which was nice with the condiment bar.
So it’s not former…but it IS honest, simple, good food. We loved going here before high school dances, as it is a wonderful location for Kate groups of people. Family oriented, this place is a fun burger joint for all ages.
Louisville tradition. Best smelling restaurant due to the fresh baked buns and cookies. Topping bar puts it over the top and simple menu. Bad beer list but this is more of a family restaurant
We ate there for the first time today. The food was ready very quickly and there were a ton of options to dress your burger with. We would eat there again
My burger was okay, but my baked potato was so cold, the butter wouldn’t even melt. Hubby’s burger was inedible – complete hockey puck. Really sad part is the counter help was unconcerned, bordering on rude and unwilling to make it right. No manager to be seen. We won’t be back.
