Went into Tuesday( day after Christmas) – lots of empty tables, some customers. I said two of us to the hostess and she said – do you have a reservation!!!! I said no, didn’t know we need one. She said yes that they were holding several tables for reservations? Not very nice people here. If they don’t change – customer lack of service will kill this place.
Perfect pizza delivered hot to our door even in the worst of weather. Delivery personnel are always courteous. I just give them my phone number and they know who it is. Outside of gourmet pizzas Bearnos J-town is my go to for traditional everything Louisville pizza.
Pizza Buffet of One Pizza?. The pizza buffet consisted of a whopping ONE pizza! When I asked if there was more variety coming now, I was told no because I was the only one here so far. another guy walked into the restaurant while I was talking and I was told that if he ordered the buffet then they would make more pizza, but if he did not then they wouldn’t. None of the employees act like they want to be there. I watched one waiter drop the silverware that he was carrying out to a table, and he just turned around and kicked it across the floor until he got to the front counter behind the counter. No one even picked it up. It’s a shame that this place is so lousy because the pizza is actually really good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE RESTAURANT. Maybe the other locations are not as bad, but I will never come back here. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
Bearno’s is an awesome place for pizza! However, you should choose a different location, this one does not appreciate customers and hates to deliver pizza.

One of my favorites. Bearno’s has a robust flavor that tastes unlike most pizzas you encounter. This location offers a great lunch special that includes an individual pizza and a drink for less than $6. The individual is a thin crust, but it is piled so high with toppings that you will be stuffed.Bearno’s as a chain is one of my favorites in Louisville. Be warned if you order sausage or hamburger as a topping, it will be a huge quantity of meat (which is just fine by me.) This location is too small to offer a buffet and the parking is practically nil, but the staff is very friendly and they remember my order whenever I stop by. Recommended.
