Saturday night at the Roadhouse!. Excellent! Several large parties! 95% from our group of seven. We had a variety of choices from the menu. This place is not just a burger joint as listed on line. The seven different dinner entrees we purchased were each very tasty and hot. Service for a large group was excellent. Manager, Ice, was visiable and personable.
WENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON. WON’T GO BACK!. Steak was horrible, no flavor and not medium, certainly not Texas Roadhouse quality and probably $20 higher. Can’t tell you the last time I had to put steak sauce on Medium cooked Ribeye. Granddaughter’s steak was tough and other granddaughter (5-yrs old) said not as good as Texas Roadhouse. I feel like I wasted $68.47. (DOWN THE DRAIN)
Amazing service. Ate at Cattlemans on Saturday night with a large party of 25… Had 2 servers-Ashley at our table and Heaven at the other- we have had Ashley before and she always give amazing service Heaven was a gem as well: all food was cooked to temp and they celebrated three birthdays by making us feel so special and important: we will 100% be back! Thank you for making our special day that much more special!!!
Bad To Go Service. A few weeks ago I picked up a large order, got home, and it was wrong. I called and the manager fixed everything but I had to drive back to the restaurant again. Tonight I ordered 2 dinners, the young lady repeated it to me and again when I got it home it was wrong, not even close. I called back and informed them and just said we would not be back. But I think I will return tomorrow with the entire order and get my money back. The same mistake twice is unacceptable.
N/a. Went to the new Cattlemens Roadhouse in the former Max & Erma’s on Hurstbourne lane. Service was not very good. Waitress, after receiving food never came back to the table to check if anything was needed, was food ok,,, nothing. Had to stop someone to ask for a to go box. You would think that was the signal to please bring the check. Had to stop someone again passing by to ask for the check. Needless to say that is one restaurant that will not get our business again. Time in was 11:00 am on a Friday not busy about diners total.
Poor steaks. I came into town at the behest of my friend to try the new steakhouse he said he wanted my opinion on. I had heard the steaks were mediocre at best and that is exactly what we recieved. The 4 of us all got a different steak. The seasoning was very slight and added nothing to the flavor of the meat. The steaks were very dry. Even the filet. There was no juice on the plate at all. I will have to say that the salad bar was a very nice touch, but to eat salads on warm plates is a real turnoff and they should really use cold plates or bowls for their guests. On a scale from 1-10 I would give them a 5 which means not coming back. The concept needs some help if they want to compete with the other steakhouses who seem a bit more advanced.
Don’t Order the Cod. I was craving fish for some reason, but my wife wanted a steak. It was a Sunday, after mass. The Cod was fried so well, you could not tell it was fish, period. Un-edible! Her Steak that was ordered medium could have mooed. The only saving grace was the salad bar.
