My husband and I stopped here for lunch while passing thru town on vacation. We were both very happy!! The burgers were great, loved the topping options. The fries were tasty and the jalapeo ketchup was a great touch. The place was clean and the staff friendly. We wish there was one close to home!
Order not correct. Took too long for corrected order. Burgers over cooked.. As my other review stated, on my ticket #586660, November 7, 2014, my burger was over-cooked and my french fries were not cooked crispy as requested. When I sent the fries back to be corrected, it took far too long to get replacements. The rest of my party was done eating! Service was slower than I have experienced over the last 4 years from the Middletown location. I can get better at Red Robin for the same price.
Good food, portions and price. Even with teenage staff working the place has been clean and service quick.
I am terribly disappointed in the location near Hurstbourne & Taylorsville Rd. I purchased a groupon and it was about to expire. I planned a movie night which would include Burgers before the movies. Despite the closing time listed on the Website and the door, they decided to close one hour early anyway and litterally locked the door as I was opening it! I was PISSED! There burgers are good if they are not burnt and the wait time is Aprox 10 to 15 min but cooked fresh!

Best Burgers and Fries for the money!. If my husband and I had a choice of dining at an upscale burger joint or HomeRun Burgers, we will always take the second. The fries are always fresh – as though they were made to order – unlike establishments where you pay $10 for a hamburger and fries,We love the restaurant at Shelbyville Road Plaza. The manager always makes sure that we have all we need and ALWAYS has a smile on her face.Hands down HomeRun Burger at Shelbyville Rd will always be our number 1 choice when it comes to burgers and fries!
With a McDonald’s and Burger King just a stone throws away, if I need a burger this is where I go and they have beer too.
