Visited for a Saturday brunch and the place was about empty. Cold inside so we kept our coats on and ordered the omelet and smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Omelet was nothing special–eggs were flat, firm and uninspired (omelet eggs should be fluffy). My friend’s Benedict was okay but she did not act overly impressed. Best part was the specialty muffin, coffee and the seasonal background music.
Ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was a little dry but the potatoes were very good. I was surprised their meatloaf had no ketchup or sauce of any kind on it, really decreasing the presentation. Ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was delightful. Overall okay quality of food, service was great!

Gross!. Went for a nice Saturday night dinner. The waitress was rude and barked at us. The food was terrible and when I asked for the manager they never came. This is not a good place to go when it is busy. Not enough staff, poor food quality, and just plain poor.
Insipidly prepared corporate food.. Poor. Precooked chicken breasts lightly reheated in a salty canned sauce. Hard and dry. Limp pomme Frits. Should have expected the lack of attention to service and food when I spied a sconce over the bar was turned 15 degrees to right.
We used to love this place, but over the past year, service has become appalling. Tonight we walked in to find dirty tables, sparse waitstaff (and those who were there ignored us), a 25 minute wait to get drinks, and we had to find our own menus and silverware. Sad…
Not enough Food. My husband and I went to Mimi’s Cafe to try out their new menu and lord and behold they were out of food! 7:30 there was no more Pot Pies or Turkey. We thought this was ridiculous so we left the restaurant.
