Worst service I have ever had. Ended up leaving after 2 hours. Flies everywhere! Would not ever go there!!!!!! Had a lot of friends with us for a evening out for a good friend who had been really sick. Some were served within 30 min. some were served in an hour. Four were never served including friend who had been talked into coming out even though didn’t feel good. Everyone ordered at the same time. Terrible service and were not friendly.

Awesome Fish, Awful service.. Pretty much the same as other reviews, the fish was great, whoever is in the back knows how to use a deep fryer. I cleared my entire plate.This place is CASH ONLY, supposedly. Found that out when I went to pay at bar; checked the door on my way out, it wasn’t posted there, couldn’t find it anywhere else, I’m sure it is somewhere? The ATM inside that I am sure they get a cut of was out of service. Its 2015, pretty easy to get/use a credit card machine or swiper. Also, a guy accidentally spilled a drink while I was there and you would of thought the world just ended the way she was huffing and puffing and shaking her head. Bring a big stomach, cash and a low expectation for friendliness.
Excellent seafood platter and ice cold beverages. Prices at fair and portions are huge.
No excuse for rudeness. A great friend to many that live in the J town area. She just came home from major surgery and fish sounded so good to her so she placed an order for delivery and I can not believe with the economy the way it is today You would let rudeness be allowed!!! Shame on you!!! This lady I speak of is always kind she has been in retail for 30 years and a very valued employee. She would never treat a dog the way your fish house has treated her. Again Shame on you! She should at least receive a complementary Dinner with an apology.Just ordered from pastime fish house in Jeffersontown ky. Never order again. Never got order right. Blond lady very very rude. If that’s what you call it. Made 2 phone calls and the manager also rude then asked if I had my own business but told him 30 years in retail. He just snickered and said ya. Hung up on the guy. Alse he told me to take a deep breath.Please pass this along to other fish lovers
Someone. Worst guest service a person can get. They just want your money and charge you more than should of been. Made 2 calls to try and get the cooect order. They just tell you that you got extra fries and didnt compensate for wrong order. I told a guy that a phone number or name was taken for the takeout. Very very poor service. I will never go there again.
Service without a smile………if you can get it. Absolute worst service in town however, extremely the good food and prices keep bringing me back.
