Don’t get your hopes up. The ONLY thing I can say about this experience is that the view was amazing, and our waiter was fantastic…. The food was over priced for the quality! Very disappointed in the food!

Great Food Excellent Service. I was skeptical based on reviews but we had very very good food and service

The only good thing about this place is the view. It’s overpriced for starters. On our anniversary my husband ordered the grilled pork chop. It was very salty and there’s a fine line between blackened and dried out piece of charcoal. I ordered the shrimp pesto and linguine, which was described as Italian but instead of basil and pinenuts, it was LOTS of red pepper and pecans. And those weird bowls allow the sauce to sink to the bottom so that the microwaved pasta gets really dry. I also ordered a pineapple upside down martini, and I’m pretty sure there was no alcohol in it. I guess they figure if you have a good enough gimmick, you don’t really need to worry about providing good food at a reasonable price.

100 people…please. My wife and I went to the 360 for a pre-Valentine’s day dinner. Total disaster. The service was horrible, food was horrible, waitress was rude, and the so-called Manage, Woody was even worse. I could understand if you were busy, but when I count less than 20 patrons in the place you should be doing more for your customers. When I tried to bring it to the manager’s attention he wanted to start an argument with me at the table. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else!!!!!!

Not so good…. Went there with low expectations, only to be disappointed. We had a Groupon, which had expired, but decided to go and use the amount we paid for it (as it indicated we would be able to do on the Groupon itself). Once we get there, they informed us they would not do that and told us to call Groupon to get the refund. That’s fine, but I would not have chosen to eat here if it were not for wanting to use the money spent on the Groupon. Nonetheless, we stay anyway. They bring us bland bread (how hard is it to mess up bread, really?!). We ask about the dinner options, and my boyfriend, who is vegetarian asks about the single vegetarian entree (four cheese ravioli). The waitress indicates to us that is isn’t top notch. She instead tells us the carbonara without the chicken is good and they would add extra veggies. Then she goes on to tell us how good the salmon is, and they cook it to temperature. I decide to give it a try at a medium-well. They each also come with a salad. The salads were small, but do come in a very unique nice bowl. During the wait for the entrees we were seated near tables with families with children playing with the fake candles on the tables. The other patrons dressed in jeans and t-shirts. Not that I’m against going out in such attire, but this place doesn’t come off as a nice fancy place with those sorts of things going on. Now, to the worst part, the food. The carbonara comes out as pasta in a pool of cream sauce. No presentation whatsoever. The veggies in the sauce were the same poorly cut zucchini that came with my meal. The entire meal was bland and lacked any sort of originality. My meal was worse. I eat a bite of salmon and it was raw. It was how I would prepare a tuna steak kind of raw. It had to go back. They were nice enough to make a new one for me fairly quick. They did what they could with what they had, but the salmon is just bad. It has no taste. It is similar to what I would expect a frozen salmon filet to taste like. It is served with a pad of butter on it the size of the palm of my hand, which can’t help the dry and unseasoned fish. The zucchini is cut like I would expect Edward Scissorhands to cut it, different lengths and thickness. So some were too done and mushy while others weren’t done enough. They were served in way too much garlic butter sauce that tasted of raw rather than cooked garlic. The sweet potato puree was nice though. For serving me raw fish, I got a dessert on the house. I had it packed up and sent home with us. For the $80 meal, I would have gone anywhere else. There is no way some place like this, that was empty on a Saturday night can stay open. There is potential… but it would take some work… and it needs it. Go anywhere else. The view just isn’t worth it.

Not even worth the Groupon that got us there. This was the worst dining experience I have had. When we got there the hostess and manager were up front and barely acknowledged us, I told her we had a reservation and as she looked it up she continued to have a side conversation with the manager, I then made a comment to my husband that I wasn’t impressed, which I know the manager heard but he didn’t care. Our server Scotty was the best thing about the restaurant. He was very helpful. The salads were ok. The pasta carbonara was ok. You could get the same thing at Applebee’s though. My husbands pork was awful. over cooked and the apple sauce that was supposed to be with it consisted of a halved apple with the skin on baked with some raisins and brown stuff on top. horrible. We sent it back and he shared my pasta. We didn’t want to order a steak instead since the woman at the table across from us was complaining about hers. The manager knew we didn’t like our food but frankly didn’t care. I have a feeling he gets that a lot. We ordered dessert, mango cheesecake. Again just ok. Another server brought our coffee and set his tray ON our table?! Then left his tray on our table while he walked off to deliver another tables coffee. There were also trays set up around between tables with dirty plates stacked on them. Very unprofessional. and unsanitary if you ask me. This place would do better if they just lowered the prices did more casual food because the quality is not fine dining and the prices are. If you are staying at the hotel and want to enjoy the view just have a drink then walk over to Ottos or Bouquet for dinner.

Was skeptical at first because of the reviews on here. This place was so-so. Only good thing was the awesome view and our server was friendly and knowledgable. The food however was not quality for the priciness. The $30 steak was gritty and the mashed potatoes were bland with no flavor and tasted either frozen or out of a box. Definitely an experience that was enjoyable, but too expensive for the quality.
