My girlfriend and I ordered from here recently. Delivery was easy and fast. Food was a little more expensive than we would have liked and our hunan and szechwan chicken tasted a little off. We probably will order from someplace else in the future.
Same faded menu board pictures over cash register in 25+ other Chinese places and same menu items. That said, all-in-all decent enough. Cashier also cook but reasonable egg roll (which seem to be getting cheaper and smaller all over town $1.10) and a less eggy egg drop soup which is one of my staples. Good enough I wouldn’t avoid it in the future
Not gourmet, but good food.. Ordered several items: Egg rolls, spring rolls, pork fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and a couple of others. They were all tasty and hit the spot. I am sure I have had better, but it was great for carry out. No problems with anything – service or food. We will go again.
Rice and General Tso. Worst Ive had. The sauce used for the generals was almost un edible. What was supposed to be pork fried rice was a very dull color and flavor. Ive heard good things about this place and I was VERY disapointed.
Bad Experience. I’ve eaten at China Star throughout college, but this last time it was not as alright as it was previously. My boyfriend ordered a curry dish, and when it came it was an alarming color and he said it had the taste of slime. He tried covering it with spices, but there was no saving it. I’ve always ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice and it has been suitable for my tastes, though perhaps not amazing.
A decent quick Chinese delivery place. Pork with scallions is my favorite menu item from here.
Delivery. I used to eat delivery from this place all the time. It’s quick and it’s cheap.
