Good for 46 years!. I’ve lived in Lexington since 1967 and starting eating at Columbia’s in 1969. I still miss Smitty. The Night Hawk Special with steak fries should be on every visitor’s list that comes to Lexington. The Columbia’s on Limestone is the ONLY place I go, and I’ve never had a bad filet or meal, for that matter. We’re headed there Sat. night. See you there.

Tasty burger. Mushroom, grilled pnions, swiss finish this beast. They hit the medium temp perfectly. The potato wedges were really nicely done. The wings were ok. Not bad tasting, just run of the mill buffalo wings.
Don’t listen to Bill Cutting!. Don’t listen to the review by Bill Cutting! After reading every review he’s written on here, it is obvious that he cannot be pleased and should just stay at home from now on! Columbia’s Steak House is delicious and we’ve never had bad food or bad service all of the times that we’ve been.
I Hope You Like Crap Flavored Overcooked Steak. This place is the dumps but the one on Richmond Rd is somehow worse. The zany manager is one of the oddest people alive and seems to spend all her time doting on her regular customers. The steaks are tough, and always always Overcooked. I’ve even had the zany manager argue with me over how a steak was cooked. Don’t eat here. Ever.
Average At Best. Kitchen could not get medium rare correct, steak stringy and dry. The night hawk special is a good value but be prepared for the strange if you dine late. Service was prompt and friendly. I have dined for lunch several times always good service and ok food for the price. The regular pub food is always good and the beer and wine prices within reason. Unsure of the value of the mixed drinks for me they do not sit well with food.
