Catering was wonderful!. Had the best experience working with Krissy at Courtyard Deli. We had sandwiches, salad, and fruit delivered for a lunch meeting… It was very nicely presented and the food tasted great. We ordered food for 12 and the portions were very generous! Definitely recommend using them and will go back again! Thanks Krissy and everyone that helped!
Call Ahead. They can be very busy at times, so if you don’t want to wait, it might help to call ahead and place an order. Either way, you won’t be disappointed. Great food and large portions at a decent price. I have never had a bad meal here. One of the best in Lexington. One of my favorites. Just wish they served beer!
I have compliments and criticisms. Taste-wise, it’s delicious. The soup was great, the sandwich was great. BUT portions are not as big as I’d like them to be, especially for the price. Now, the prices aren’t bad…but you should get more for it. The staff was fun and friendly. The atmosphere was neat.
My sandwich was the size of a child’s hand while the buddy I ate with paid less for a much larger sandwich. ??? But it was good and I don’t regret trying this place, will be coming back to see if I get better service an make my judgement after second expierence.
Great lunch!. Some of the best salads downtown and great sandwich variety. Always pleasantly surprised when I try something new here!
Aweful. I went in for a boarshead chili dog. Hard to screw up I’d think. But after being overcharged for it which they apologized for and fixed. I went and sat down with my meal. The bun was completely split so the hot dog slipped out the bottom. Annoying, but not really their fault that happens with buns sometimes. The bun though had the distinct freezer burnt flavor and my hot dog was refrigerator cold. They had heated up the chili and forget to cook the hotdog…. at all. I could understand if they were understaffed and busy, but I was the only customer and there were 5 people behind the counter.
Miserable. One of the most terrible food experiences in recent memory. the potato soup was simply unacceptable and the sandwich, while pretty good was embarrassingly small.
