Yummy Cajun on the Go!. Now that it’s cold outside, these guys really have it together, offering up hot, delicious food with minimal wait. Spice up your work day with a heaping help of jambalaya! Ayeee!
Catfish lunch combo. I ordered the catfish lunch combo and it was delicious! My side was red potatoe salad and it was very good as well. Highly recommend this food truck. I highly recommend going to their restaurant, Furlong’s. The stuffed catfish was to die for. Renee’
Amazing!!. Had the bangers and mash for lunch today ! It was sooo good! Spicy sausage, a must try!
Bland but Edible. This truck comes to our work several times a month. I’ve tried the crawfish etoufee, red beans and rice, and the jambalaya. All are very bland with almost no spice or flavor. Not saying it was not good, but definitely not authentic or even cajun other than name sake for that matter.
First time at the Truck!~. Had lunch at the Food Truck and it was delicious! The chicken jambalaya and red beans and rice with Andouille sausage is very very good. I would highly recommend it! Couldn’t eat it all, so will have enough for lunch tomorrow!
Never know what to expect on a truck. The business next door has food trucks stop by all the time, I try some of them and are usually satisfied but nothing special. I thought I would try the Crazy Bout Cajun truck. Didn’t know it was Furlongs until I saw the jockey on the crawfish. The Owner Tommy was the cook on board and friendly as always. I wasn’t sure what to try so he made me a sample plate of the items I was considering. I must say everything was really good. I think the fish taco was my favorite!!There are several hot sauces at the truck for you to kick things up and prices seem better than average for a food truck. I will watch for them again –
Great Cajun Food. I ate here during the Irish Homecoming event at McConnell Springs Park. The chicken and sausage jambalaya was fantastic and the homemade root beer was great. Tommy and his staff were very friendly did a great job incorporating the theme of the event into their menu by having Corned beef and cabbage jambalaya. A must try.
