With the demolition of the old Student Center, a temporary building has been constructed which will house some student dining services until the new Student Center is completed in 2018. . Sorta like a backward salad bar. They serve you the choices you make. Can create wraps as well though the day I tried it they were out of tortillas. What’s going on with that? They also have a very limited selection of sushi (I believe it was made off premises by AZURE)
