I ordered from this restaurant because the one I usually order from was closed. I hate to say, but I was rather disappointed. If I had eaten here first, I would probably have rated it higher, but it pales in comparison to Sahara’s for what I paid. The meat was thin and dry. There were no vegetables included. I’ve never had gyros with no vegetables. The hummus & babaganoush were bland. The rice was deliciously seasoned, however. And the tahini was delicious as well. They had no baklava, which made me sad. 🙁

Very impressed with Gyroz Eatery and it is a welcomed addition to the South Broadway Park area. Friendly owner, convenient location and a small market. I do prefer Athenian Grill and/or Sahara for Mediterranean cuisine, especially for a date night, but those places involve more hassle and are more expensive. Gyroz is a perfect lunch spot that serves quality food (and huge portions) at reasonable prices. I ordered the Falafel Sandwich Lunch Combo (chickpeas, onions, parsley and spices ground together, then lightly fried and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, parsley, hummus and tahini sauce), served with hand-cut seasoned fries. I look forward to visiting in the near future to try more of the menu!

Same thing everyone else has said… this place is amazing! Just had the regular gyro today for lunch and was blown away by the flavor. Definitely the best I’ve had!
