Some good cookies for sure. Have not tried late night or delivery but recently have stopped in Some pretty great cookies. It’s easy to forget what a good cookie is… this is where you will find it.
Sure, Insomnia doesn’t serve my favorite cookies in KY (for those, please visit Please & Thank You in Louisville), but it’s difficult to complain about late-night delivery of cookies and all things dessert! So far, we have ordered the M&M Cookie, the White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie, the Sugar Cookie, the PB Chocolate Cookie, and the Smores Deluxe – all served fresh and hot.
You would think a restaurant that specializes in cookies would have better ones. Me and my fianc each got a cookie a la mode. Thinking it would be the greatest cookie ever, I was sadly mistaken. It was hard as a rock. And if you’ve ever eaten a cookie with ice cream before, that is truly the worst possible way to serve it. Never coming back.
WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I work for the University of Kentucky Hospital and am CONSTANTLY making long, complicated orders that most places have handled it as best as they could but Insomnia Cookies was not only poor about handling our order, BUT they had poor customer service, did not follow their word, and blew off every instruction I gave (I.e deliver at the employee entrance). I will say the delivery woman, Natalie, performed exceptional customer service to make up for our poor experience, but I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know.
What an awesome concept!. Fresh cookies, milk, ice cream. Plus – they deliver and you can order online. I got a dozen mixed cookies tonight – all are fresh and soft. Good cookies.
