The Beaumont location blew us away! I am moving to the area soon and decided to try a restaurant near there. I have never eaten from the food truck, but when arriving the service was fantastic, the bartender was a delight, and sparked wonderful conversation. The food was great! The hot barbecue and the white sauces were phenomenal. We are already thinking about going back!!P.s. the happy hour deals are 3-7
