Tough Orange Chicken. Ordered take out. They had it ready on-time. The chicken was typical of so many hole in the wall Chinese restaurants. It was tough and chewy. I didn’t really care much for the sauce either. Won’t go back.

Good egg drop soup.. The egg drop soup has a nice viscus mouth feel that I like in good egg drop soup. The broth is nicely flavored and the silky ribbons of egg are done just right. A lovely soup to sip on a cold day.18 Jan, 2013Great!. The sauce has a very nice curry flavor with a little bit of spicey heat that compliments the texture of the mei fun noodles very nicely. Lots of Shrimp, pork, chicken, and egg with vegtables. Portion was easily enough for 2 people.18 Jan, 2013Good food, good prices, SLOW delivery.. Today will mark the second time I have ordered delivery from Lee’s Garden. The food is very good, the portions are generous, and the prices are pretty cheap. The Downfall is the last time I ordered it took them 45 minutes to get here, this time 1hr 30mins.
The mei fun is awesome. The delivery is fast and the value is average.
Horrible Service. I haven’t even tried their food, so I have no idea if it’s any good. But the service I got was HORRIBLE.I called to place an order and paid with my credit card. 10 minutes later, I got a call saying my order was actually $15 dollars MORE than what they had said, and when I told them my order was already nearly $50 for just a few items the lady on the phone got very rude and started yelling either at me or someone in the back in Chinese.I cancelled my order and they said they’d void my card payment. It never got voided. I called them back and asked about it, they said it could take a couple days. I soon had some personal medical issues and didn’t get back to them about the charge for a few weeks. They wouldn’t refund my money still. Said they never even charged my card, after telling them the transaction number even they claimed that they didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was wrong for not calling them that night. Which I had done.I will NEVER order from this place again. The customer service is horrible, I’m out $50 and they are crooks.
You get what you pay for. I made my first visit to Lee’s Garden for lunch Friday. They have a lunch buffet for under $5.00!!! But five dollars is about what it was worth. The selection is small, the food quality is at best average, and while some of the items I got from the steam table were hot, others were just barely above room temperature. I think their main business is take-out and delivery. In fact, I was there right at noon and I was the only inside customer the whole time I was there. So, if you come to me and tell me you’re down to your last $4.95 and you’re very hungry, and you ask me what you should do, it is at this point that I would give Lee’s Garden a high recommendation. Short of that, probably not
