Excellent! One of the best meals I’ve had in Lexington, and that’s saying something. We started with the oyster tchoupitoulas and fried green tomatoes, both delicious, bur particularly recommend the oysters. Then we tried the crawfish touffe, the jambayla, and the fish special. All were so good! The chef (who is a NOLA native) even came out and talked with us and brought us a complimentary side of red beans and rice. Finally, we finished with bread pudding, served warm and some of the best I’ve ever had!I would definitely recommend this place! It’s a hole-in-the-wall type place but absolutely worth it. Please give this local place a try?
