Yummy Yummy is a standard fare Chinese restaurant. I think their best attribute is the lunch buffet–food is usually fresh and hot.It’s not the best in town, but there’s no reason not to stop by occasionally and try it for lunch.
How do you make moo goo gai pan inedible? I don’t know but these folks can sure tell you. I literally could not bring myself to take a second bite. The most innocuous of all Chinese dishes & they made it so bad that I could not even eat it. I only went there because Asia Cafe was closed but will NEVER make that mistake again.
Competing with Happy Panda for the worst Chinese fast-food in the area – wish I had my money back, as well as those calories… next time we will opt for a healthier meal at Vinaigrette instead.

Horrible. I wanted to try a new Chinese place so I went to Yummy Yummy, horrible mistake, I ordered 3 different chicken and beef dishes, 1 tasted burnt, the other was just breading, no chicken inside it, and the other beef was just mushy and textureless and tasteless. The rice was ok lol.. ANyway 29.00 bucks and it went right into the garbage, You should offer consumers quality ingredients in their dishes if you want to stay in business. Trust me, streer clear of this place
Delicious, satisfying, & reasonably-priced!. I really appreciate the well-prepared meat and vegetable dishes of Yummy Yummy! Our family’s experiences of both eat-in and delivery have been very satisfying; the service is friendly — the owners and regular employees always greet us warmly and remember our regular choices (shrimp and broccoli with a white sauce; the House Mei Fun). The decor isn’t elaborate or upscale, but the dining area and restrooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming. On those occasions when I’ve ordered the lunch-time buffet, the choices are well-stocked and delicious. I’m so glad that we have a place like YY here in Lexington!
Never Again!. I called to place a delivery order and before I could get my entire order out she says $12 minimum and HANGS UP on me! Reluctantly I call back and she was so rude I couldn’t fathom giving this establishment one penny! So I cannot review the food because the service was so bad. There are two other Chinese restaurants on the same strip of Leestown Rd. We tried Happy Panda and it was wonderful. If you have to have it delivered and are in the Meadowthorpe area I recommend Lee’s Garden on Lima Dr.
