This was the funniest dining experience I’ve ever had. The setting is lovely but the food and service disappointed. Our salads arrived before our drinks. We were brought another table’s food twice. The salmon was served on a bed of spaetzle, which had been dyed black for whimsy, as the chef explained. Well, the whimsy was burned and looked like deer dung. The scallops were tiny, and the duck brussels were drowned in vinegar, to the point of being inedible. We laughed all the way to TGI Fridays, where we had satisfying appetizers and drinks for a delightful price. 8 Up’s bar menu looked more promising, and the patio was very pleasant. That might be a better option, but don’t bother with dinner.

Dining with husband before concert. Very tasty food; fresh take on some old pub favorites. Modern and fun decor with a touch of industrial. Appetizers, burgers and pizza are all very good. Great Kentucky Bourbon list too! Definitely would come here again.

I took my husband here for his birthday. I was concerned by some of the negative reviews, but we had a really good meal. The service was attentive, but there were only 2 servers on ( Wed. Night) that I could see. We never waited too long, but I could see they were stretched thin. It came across a little in the hastiness of our server’s demeanor. As for some complaints that portions are too small, I disagree. They were completely appropriately sized but perhaps a little overpriced. I loved the flounder. It was very well seasoned and the leeks, watercress and hazelnuts under it were a nice savory accompaniment to a light fish. My husband enjoyed the richness of the short rib. We would definitely go back.

My girlfriends and I went here for bachelorette celebration. There were 6 of us so plenty of food to go around. We all got something different and shared. Everything I tried was absolutely wonderful. I text my bf while I was there and told him we had to come back!

So this place was the first one that I have been to in Louisville that actually served me Paleo/low carb. I had the bone marrow and bacon chops! Fantastic!!! Beautiful dinner, loved it! Best dinner I have had since I have been here!! Loved it

Overall, I had a very good experience with the food and service. The only constructive feedback I’d like to offer is that I tried to reserve a table for 15- 20 for the rooftop, and was refused. I had to go very early to try to stake a claim on the tables outside- I think that this policy should be revisited- especially if someone is willing to pay in advance for tables. The manager Aaron for outside seating did his best to accommodate my needs, which was very much appreciated! I also feel that the dinner menu should be available to rooftop diners.

Went here for a going away dinner for a friend. The atmosphere is incredible. Wonderful views of the city and great seating options. Loved the firepits outside. We ordered from the bar menu and it was pretty good. Split a pizza and fries with a friend and both enjoyed it. However there wasn’t much to choose from (hence the reason we got pizza and fries). The service could have been much better. Started off strong and declined swiftly. One person in our party never even got her food and eventually just cancelled her order after the waitress FINALLY came around and still had not noticed. I will probably try this place again because of the ambience but keep my expectations low.
