We were there for a prime rib special dinner. Without a doubt, the best prime rib I ever had, and I’ve had some of the best. Prior to this, it was Chicago. Chef Michael always delivers!
I have dined at Bistro 1860 several times. The wait staff is extremely good and friendly. Very attentive. Outside Garden area in warmer weather is wonderful. Food is always good, and some weekend nights live entertainment plays outside.I highly recommend this dining experience.
