  Food was so bad….threw everything we order away. Never again, tasted like uncooked frozen food. It was just wrong from start to finish and the service was just as bad.

  The worse everything!!!. We live on Applegate Lane there is places everywhere to eat around us all directions. We were going to go to the Spaghetti Shop(which is amazing). But when we got there for some reason there was a ghetto girl working with a mouth on her. So instead we left. And thought lets try something new. So we went to Borromeo’s. Worse thing I could have done. I have a wife and two little girls first off. We go in a all the tv’s have sports on. And all the people inside were already drunk I think including the waiter(middle age woman with her chest hanging out). It was only 1pm (wow) We’ll we ordered our food which all was over priced. I ordered a strombolli calzone and the wife and kids got a thick crust cheese pizza. It took forever and when we got the food. My Strombolli was a bread roll with a pound of cheese, salami and peperoni. The wife and girls pizza came out and was a thin crust pizza instead of thick. Tasted like a Jacks $1 pizza or if you took the Church bread and melted some cheese on it and dumped grease on it. The wait never checked on us on gave us a refill. The plates that they give you are metal pans.(I guess so if the drunks drop them they wont break) The guy who owns it also I think was there with His baby and wife? And keep walking back to the kitchen to get food for his wife(not to sanitary) Then when we were out side leaving he was in the front of the store smoking and rubbing his face. I don’t know how this place has survived. It’s eather a front or maybe its just a hang out for drunks and keno player (lol Also have Keno cards at table if you’d like to gamble) So sad that we can’t have something nice like a mom and pops instead of this trash.I never write reviews and this is most likely have lots of things miss spelled. But just felt like I needed to rant to let our people know to stay away. Save your money and go to the grocery and get some frozen Italian. And if you need a drink go to the Symrna Tavern stay away from Borromeos!!!! I give it a 2 out of 10 and thats just cause it has a pacman table.

  Spaghetti and lasagna. Very very tasty, my son has been eating their spaghetti and meatballs since he was 2 he is 5 now and hasn’t gone more than two weeks without it. Would recommend this resteraunt to everyone. Best Italian resteraunt in Louisville!!!Funes family

  Tried it for the first time last night, got my go to dish, chicken Alfredo. It was super tasty, pasta was cooked to order and fresh and the chicken was fresh, flavorful and juicy. Also go the cheesebread, it was good but a little chewy for my taste, however I did order carryout so that may have been a factor. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. I will definitely go back and bring friends or family.

  This place is great! Pizza is fantastic! Awesome Beer selection and dirt cheap! TV’s everywhere! This place is top of my list to go watch football !

  Pizza is pretty good! Nice and cheesy plus their tomato sauce is yummy! Very clean place and the service was great. Will definitely return.
