Best Mexican Food in Louisville. Have visited Casa Fiesta twice and I must say that this is the best Mexican food in Louisville, and that statement comes from visiting many Mexican restaurants all over Louisville. Ask for the hot salsa, it is fantastic, not overly spicy with a hint of lime an it can be stepped up by adding some of the habanero sauce on the table.
The food at this restaurant was horrible! I got a ground beef, spinach and cheese quesadilla. It was so salty my tongue burned and I love salt! I sent it back and got just a beef and cheese quesadilla and I only ate half because it was not good either. There was no attempt to make the meal right or to comp the dinner. Wait staff was not very responsive and we waited too long to be seated since there was no one that would stop and acknowledge us. I will not be returning to this sub par establishment.
Best Mexican in Louisville!. The food here is amazing. Ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the portions are huge. We typically eat Mexican about once a month but have been here four Fridays in a row because we like it so much. It’s family-friendly with large booths and a kids menu with great options, Mexican and otherwise. The service has always been average or better. It’s not stellar but definitely nothing to complain about. Besides, we go for the food.

By far the best Mexican in the area. The portions are huge and the prices are amazing. The place is very very clean and the staff is wonderful. Thursday nights have amazing drink specials. I highly recommend Casa Fiesta.
This place is amazing! HUGE portions for a very good price. Service is great and the staff is very friendly. Best New Mexican style restaurant in the east end by far. Puts its competitors to shame! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!
Tasty, affordable, clean and very fun restaurant!!. Fantastic restaurant! The whole family LOVED their dish. Casa Fiesta was very clean and inviting; patio seating available. Great service with a smile! HUGE servings. Loved the Burrito Sarape at lunch–beautiful and colorful plate with amazing pico, cilantro, guac and cheese queso on top of two burritos filled with what had to have been more than a pound of grilled steak! Fantastic kids menu for $3.99 ($1.99 on Sundays and Tuesdays). Love the location close to Costco. Our family will be coming back often!
