Very tasty chicken. Sides are hit-or-miss; the red beans and rice were a bit soupy, but the mac-and-cheese was nice. Make sure to go for the spicy fried chicken; their other varieties are good enough but the fried is what’s really excellent.
Best fried chicken I have EVER had!. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was in Louisville for two days and went here twice! The last time to buy enough for leftovers that are still in my fridge and still amazing! I am a fried chicken snob and i can say without reservation that the spicy fried chicken here is the best I have ever had. Great food, great service and great prices! It is now my go to chicken place and I would not hesitate to travel the 90 minutes each way to go there! Bravo Chicken King!!
Really Good. Had a half chicken and it was absolutely delicious. Make sure to get spicy. I think the recipe here rivals the Colonel’s.
