I ate some chicken tenders and some french fries and drank my glass of Sierra Mist. And it was a fun night. I ate my glass of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup.
Only restaurant in downtown which will serve you food till 11 on Sunday night as well. Great ambiance and excellent service and variety of menu to choose from as well as a world known brand has retail shop inside the restaurant with great variety. Very friendly staff and food quality was excellent
I’ve often been with groups of people that want to go here but I’m not really a fan of any Hard Rock Caf anywhere in the nation. Food is standard frozen fair and not memorable. The wait staff was friendly enough at this location. Not sure why the brand still exists but there are some who seek out the restaurant. Good for them;it’s just not for me.
Great place fun atmosphere food was excellent staff was very helpful and tentative would recommend the cedar wrapped salmon will be back if ever in Louisville again
Great Place to Host Corporate Event. My company rented the Hard Rock Cafe for an event this week. We could not have been happier. The stage area is large and very nice. The hosts made sure everyone reached their assigned table with ease. Billy and his team are very attentive and respond quickly to emails, and even bought my lunch while I came in for set up. For special event food, they can create a menu of whatever you’d like–even items not on their menu. I was very pleased.
Stay way from this place. Came in on a Sunday night around 10 p.m. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Tried to order a drink, but waitresses were too busy helping other customers for about 15 minutes, so I walked across the street to buy a beer from another bar. Took me 1 minute. There were about 20 tables with dishes and food left on them, so the place was severely under staffed. 45 minutes later, asked the host how long. He said he wasn’t sure, but all they could serve was burgers and fries and they were out of everything else. Sounds like a cop out of the kitchen not wanting to make anything that wasn’t easy. Manager came out and told us the same thing. We had a fair large group (12 people), which more people on the way, and eventually left for another restaurant. Stay away from this place. Give your money to businesses that take care of their customers.
