The people who are staying at east end after crossing 265 on Shelbiville have very few options. This is the best option for dine in as well as for carry out. The price is very reasonable and food is very nice. I tried Kung Pao Tofu and it was very delicious. I think you should definitely visit this place.
Service is SUPER AWFUL!!!We had a reservation at 6pm but kid has no food until 7:20. When we asked for food if it can come sooner because kids were hungry, the service people shout on us. The food was awful, too. The worst beef noodle we ever have. Don’t go. Definitely will not come back again!
Bad food, bad service, dishonest!. Originally, a place we enjoyed has gone downhill fast!! They have given me the wrong entree, have failed to give me a complete order (after I had paid and arrived home) and burned TWO (!) orders of Sweet and Sour chicken on separate occasions so badly they were inedible. They offered a free order of sweet and sour chicken the next time I ordered which they then refused to honor one week later. The staff that day was extremely rude after I waited several minutes for her to get off of her phone.
Jasmine chinese eastwood ky. Unforchunately its been told to me that the owner of this reasturant keeps the server tips. This is not an ok practice in my opinion. For this reason i will no longer ve eating there and i have been a customer for over ten years. Bad news and very sad to see happening to the poor service stadf im disgusted.
I always get the same thing when I eat Chinese food. Chicken fried rice, and egg roll and lots of soy sauce. I ordered precisely that (and other stuff for my bf). When the food arrived, I got a styrofoam box with the rice…annnnd that’s it. No egg roll an definitely no extra sauce. (One packet for the whole order!) There was sprouts in the rice, but that’s where the good ended. Missing half my order, food was bland, and on top of that, we live 5 miles away from the place and was charged a $5 delivery fee! (The amount doesn’t match what was online) all in all, try a different place.
NOT GOOD!. Recently went for dinner. Ordered the Happy Family and it was bad! The steak tasted like grisly liver, hardly any chicken or shrimp and the sauce was heavy and bland. The egg rolls tasted like the smell of a petting zoo (the best description I could come up with). This is your average Chinese restaurant serving low quality food in a slightly dressed up environment. Don’t be fooled. Won’t be back!
3 bad experiences with take out is enough for me to not go back.
