WORST SERVICE EVER. They got my order completely wrong. I got a veggie sub but got ham and cheese. Went back and they were completely rude about making another one! Then opened the sub and found brown lettuce. Same thing happen to my friend.
Always delicious and fast.. My friends at the office and I order from this Jimmy John’s store frequently. We love their products. Delivery is lightning fast and the delivery person is always friendly. Ordering over the phone is a snap and I have never been treated with anything less that courtesy and kindness. This is why I continue to order from Jimmy Johns while I no longer order from other sandwich or pizza places.
Worst Customer Service in town. My friends WILL NOT be receiving JJ gift cards ever again!!
The Jimmy Johns on Baxter needs to teach drivers how to drive or hire adults. Everyday in the highlands one of the delivery cars almost ram pedistrians and they always have their phones on the wheel. They blow through stop signs and never bother to look around. An officer stated that he has had 4 wrecks this week alone due to their lack of care
Female managers lately have been super friendly as well as kept the store clean. The male manager during the afternoon lunch time is often not working or outside smoking. Service and quality of sandwiches has been awesome the last month or so.I eat here four times a week usually with a few friends
Baxter Avenue location has gone downhill!. Even though I live in Clifton and the St. Matthews location, the Jimmy John’s website forces me to order online from the Baxter Avenue location, which I have been doing for the past 4 months. Really enjoy their unwiches, and was mostly satisfied with the service, etc. up until yesterday…and had problems again today.Since the first of the year, this location has clearly dropped their standards. Though I always order clubs (which according to the company are supposed to have more meat than the other sandwiches), TWICE I have received half what I was getting before. They also have started skimping on other components of the sandwich – today I got the beach club and it had one TINY squirt of avocado at the very bottom.They’ve also been pretty inconsistent on providing a straw when I order a drink (which I do every time) or napkins.I called today and was just given the run-around by the manager. He also told me that they don’t give you a straw for your drink when you place a delivery order online (OR napkins) unless you specifically ask. Seriously? Kind of difficult considering that the website doesn’t provide a place to do so, nor does it give you any indication that you must request these.From now on, I’m going to have to go to the trouble of calling the St. Matthews location and hoping that I can order from them, as the website won’t let me pick my location!
I live less than 1 mile away and would not deliver. Rude.
