I ordered a bloody mary in the mason jar, i like to eat thee celery. i pulled the celery out of the glass, it actually had black dirt still stuck on the celery after sitting in the drink. when i called for the manager, he did try to make things right, but i was afraid to eat or drink anything after the celery deal. just thought i’d let you know how your resturant is doing. i will never even think of going in there ever again. also the place was dirty floor and the table.
All in all good food.. One of the only complaints we had was the crab legs weren’t as good as they should be for a item that is part of the restaurants name! Didn’t seem cooked properly. However the mussels were amazing and so were our drinks as well as the service.!!
Really enjoy the view of the Ohio river and the food is good! It’s a little over priced for me but ok every once and and a while!
Don’t waste your time or money in Louisville…. Within a few blocks there is SOOOO much better dining and service. Went here with a party of seven on 6/14/14, and it was TERRIBLE… Slow service, messed up orders, late drinks, lukewarm/cool soup, lukewarm food [which with shellfish and and such is not wise], and the waiter then took forever to get the bills right, then bitched at us when we asked for them after waiiting 15 minutes for him to fix them and/or come back and actually take our money. Snarky, lots of excuses, but in the end an utterly horrible experience not worth anything. Two years ago I went here, and it was the same and I was alone. Go figure. Gives the mediocre chain a BAD name and sends a hideous message to potential customers in an area where they have plenty of MUCH, MUCH better choices [actually for the same or less money]. Try anything before here.
Shocked they are still open. Used to be a really good seafood and fun place to go even overpriced it was a nice family dinner out. Now, the staff looks like they all are on drugs and the food comes out cold and gross. Of all foods, seafood is something NOT to be toyed with on handling and cooking. Maybe a new company will come in and clean them up before they close.
The food was below average in taste. It was $100 for 3 people including 2 Mojitos. Considering the cost, the fish is just as good at a non-fish place… Go there…
