  The dcor and atmosphere is modern and inviting, had an interesting hip sort of vibe to it, but still able to carry on a conversation. The service was average, not particularly notable though. The shared appetizers were calamari and ravioli both were good and flavorful with pleasing presentation. The salmon was quite good both in flavor and texture. The brussell sprouts were unremarkable and the other side item was completely forgettable, I mean I really don’t remember what it was. The wine list was solid without being horribly overpriced and even a few good buys. Overall it was good but feel like it fell a little short of expectations…

  We were a party of 8 and had a wonderful experience. Everyone loved their entrees. We also ordered appetizers to share that were all fabulous. Service was very attentive & helpful. All around great atmosphere & delicious food. It was pricy, but if you don’t want to spend money on seriously good food go somewhere cheaper.

  This place has a nice atmosphere but the food doesn’t match. It was presented well but the flavors didn’t match, it was too bland. I would go back to try some of the mixed drinks but probably won’t temp any of the food again.

  Louisville Location: Definitely paying for atmosphere ONLY! Food was horrible. Lamb Shank over beans. Lamb was dry and stringy and beans were like eating paste. ($30 entree) Mesh salad ($7), served on a plate too small and was very dry. What put the icing on the cake was you have to pay $5 for bread with your meal.

  Each time I have been I remember again why I did not go often when lived in Indy. The food is fine … Nothing stupendous. My servers have been friendly if not the greatest. The noise level inside is almost offensive. I go back because I can walk but it is not my favorite. With so many choices in Louisville that are so much better Mesh had better step it up.

  Great vibe and good menu/food. But need to take a beat to organize. They overbook and underserve. 30 min wait With reservation, forgot an appetizer, service slow,noise level inside is prohibitive. Outside really nice.

  I’ve heard lovely things about MESH , especially the ambiance of the restaurant. So I decided to plan a family brunch gathering to celebrate the mothers in my family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The first impression of MESH for the Mother’s Day Brunch may have not been accurate due to the fact the restaurant is new and may not have been prepared for a high volume of customers eating out for the holiday. The flow of the restaurant seem to be busy, probably due to serving larger groups celebrating. So, maybe for the next upcoming holiday brunch, the MESH will have enough staff to cover tables with large groups, such as team waiting in twos. The food seemed lukewarm instead of hot off the stove, however, I did enjoy my strawberry French toast. I did appreciate possibly management offering a helping hand, by assisting our waiter to serve our entrees. However, our waitress seemed over-whelmed, unwelcoming and not so friendly. For the future, I would suggest adding the pre-selected menu on-line, along with the cost per person for customer knowledge ahead of time. I checked the regular brunch menu on the website under the impression those options were available to choose from.All in all, I really enjoyed the outdoor patio and the fresh breeze. I plan to dine again for brunch to see if Mother’s Day was just an extremely busy day for serving. Eat well,TS
