Papalinos Italian Pub is an Italian-inspired Pizza Pub based in Louisville, KY focusing on using only the highest quality, farm fresh ingredients available. Papalinos is unique in that all ingredients of the pizza are fresh and never frozen. We believe that "from scratch" is the only way to make our pizzas, which is why we cure our own meats and it takes 4 hours to make our dough. No Short Cuts. Papalinos has been voted the "Best Pizza in Louisville" every year since the restaurant opened in 2010.
