Heard alot about this place. It had the Best customer service.But the food was not very good. Steak was burned on one side and the vegetables weren’t anything special.

I went yesterday for my 16th anniversary. Horrible over cooked steak and waiter was not friendly or helpful.
What happened??? Pat’s at one time was a time capsule of 50’s steakhouse goodness. The standards have slipped and while I have fond memories I’m afraid it will be some time before I go back.

We went there around to every time. The steak is good. The quality of the other food is just ok. It is very expensive. The front staff services excellent. The hostesses are a little snobby. It’s very expensive and I can get the same quality food or even better at a local steak house like long horn steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse.
