I had real high hopes for Pats and I was a little disappointed. I order a New York strip steak on a whim. It was a great cut of meat and cooked perfectly. However it wasn’t very flavorful. My wife ordered the fillet which was better than my meal. We both ended up using steak sauce since our steaks just didn’t have much flavor. I ordered Lima beans and fries which were good. On the whole I just don’t feel like I ate a $45 steak. I could have got a steak of equal quality foot half that at some chain. On the positive side the owner was there and he’s great a really sweet guy. The ambience is terrific I loved the building. Plus the serve was first rate. My wife and I are coming back to give it another try before rendering a final judgement.
