Update: Recently ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich (vertically-broiled, thinly-sliced chicken, marinated in light spices, and topped with garlic sauce), which quickly became one of my favorite sandwiches in all of downtown. Outstanding! Very affordable, friendly service and fresh ingredients! I ordered the falafel sandwich, with an extra order of grilled pita bread, which was delicious and extremely filling. I will be coming back, and very soon!
This restaurant has been a go-to of mines for years and today was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed! I got the veg platter, the falafel and hummus were good but the spinach pie had a weird taste and the mujadareh was bland, tasteless, had none of the usual glorious carmelized onions and the lettuce garnish was really BROWN!! Really?! Same owner, so…what happened?!!!
Love this place! Great shish kabobs! Chicken and beef are fantastic. My friend had an amazing vegetarian plate as well,. Staff are friendly and the service is outstanding
Excellent place to visit for. Excellent service great Mediterranean food with touch of Indian cuisine. With great mixture of aroma spices and perfect and exquisite place lunch in also take small party orders. Chef and owner Mr. Rehan Ul- hadad its a really creative and unique chef through its choice of receipts and food. Must place to visit for and a excellent friendly service.
Can’t beat the hummus. All of the daily specials are pretty tasty but my favorite lunch combo is the grilled chicken salad and chicken lime rice soup. i’ve searched hi and low, and seriously… the hummus can’t be beat.
Prices continue to go up. No longer a good option for lunch- nearly $10 for a salad. A salad!! Food is good. Price is not. Pass.
