Good location, ok food, not customer centric. We would go here before almost every Bengals game and many Reds games…not b/c the food was that great, but the location was good…right by the parking..easy to get a cab. I went there last night with my husband and two children before the Reds game. We were using a Restaurant.com gift certificate. If you are not familiar with these, you purchase them online…usually around $10 for a $25 gift certificate…then you have to spend $35 at the restaurant (not including alcohol). These are a great deal..but sometime hard to get to $35 with a 3 and 5 year old.So, we ordered a lot of extra food to get to the total. We had a good meal…the pizza was great, as were they wings…the girls like the pretzel appetizer but weren’t crazy about the fries (see I told you we had to get a lot of food) Then they woudln’t take the gift certificate. They said they weren’t participating anymore. My gift certificate didn’t expire until November. I get it if they don’t want to participate and sell any more, but I had a purchased, unexpired one right in my hand and they wouldn’t take it…after I already ordered a bunch of unnecessary appetizers to get to the total. So, I was out of luck…..I don’t care how convenient they are..I will never be back.
