Great food, terrible service. I’m referring to the middle age waitress whom could’ve been careless that we were there. Both times she waited on us, it took her 15 minutes to get our drinks. She literally was standing around, then bussing the table next to us and pretending like she didn’t see that I was looking at her, waiting for her to take our orders. Eventually we had to get another server to take our orders because she was intentionally IGORING us. What a shame, I will not come back.
Excellent Chinese!. Stopped here one day for lunch. Having never been here before wasn’t sure what to expect, but the food was excellent, service was very good, and the prices were very low. For $7.50 we got more food than we could eat and left full. This is not your average run of the mill Chinese restaurant with low grade ingredients and sticky sauces. We will be going back soon!
Unbelievable!. Atmosphere? Check. Delicious food? Check. Great service? Check. Cheap? Check. Authentic/american? Check. Nice serving size? Check. Date night location? Check.So what is wrong with this place?… It isn’t beside my house! (my diet appreciates this by the way)In all seriousness… this place should be packed all hours of the day and night. Do yourself a favor, skip out on PF Chang’s expensive, salty, americanized Chinese food, drive about 5 minutes east and go to the best Chinese restaurant in Louisville.
The Best. I think this is the best Chinese food in Louisville. You can get both ‘Chinese-American’, and authentic Chinese food. You can not go wrong either way. Try the Lunch Special.
Excellent service, excellent food. My wife and I have gone there for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We like Chinese food and have tried quite a few of the menu items.Service was always impeccable and the food arrived hot.We are looking forward to many happy returns.

I love Peking City Bistro. Fantastic cafe atmosphere, never anyone rushing you or hurrying you along. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is super helpful! I am always recommending this place to friends and family. It is fantastic. The dumplings are great and the classic American ‘Chinese’ dishes pack in way more flavor and much more quality than the average Chinese joint down the street.
