  I was in the area and someone had recommended this place to me as a good deal. And it is, if you aren’t too picky about your food. What was there seemed reasonably fresh, but everything was sweet to me. Nearly all of the sushi was covered in some sort of orange sauce that did not improve its flavor in my opinion. Also, it should be pointed out that the Monogolian Grill is not included in the basic 5.99 buffet price.There were two things I did rather like. The crab rangoon, though sweet like everything else, was not the typical triangular pocket, but was instead sort of a little fried dim sum like pouch. I found this to be an improvement. Also, instead of soft serve, they actually have about a dozen flavors of ice cream in a cooler and provide scoops for you to serve yourself. In short, this is most definitely not the best place of its type in the area. But nothing I had was really bad. In fact if I had a choice of spending $6 on fast food or here, I’d probably pick here. So if you are in the area and have a bunch of big eaters you want to feed cheap, this is good place. Otherwise, I might suggest going elsewhere.

  I went years ago and vowed never to return again. Food had been on buffet for hours and was drying out. They tried using the trick of creating a plastic wrap hammock for the food so it wouldn’t dry to the inserts. If they can’t afford the expense of fresh food when it’s been sitting too long and replenish trying to save a dollar. Not my kind of place for that reason. Plenty other Chinese restaurants nearby that serves freshly prepared meals.
