Was home in Owensboro for the holidays and thought I would try this local establishment that I hadnt had pizza from in at least 10 to 12 years. Let me tell you, horrible! The pizza was 34 bucks and the toppings (peppers and onions) were the same as on totinos pizza. The meat portion was okay, but the greazy cheese and gut busting sauce gave me heart bun so bad I had to make myself throw up. This pizza just plain sucks like it was freezerburnt and stale, I have no idea how it stays in business. Of coarse I wouldnt say the good citizens of Owensboro have the most discerning tastes either.

Truly the best Pizza in Owensboro. On a recent trip home, the family wanted a pizza pie. We live on 54 and everyone wanted Pizz-A- Roma. (IMO, that is only worth eathing on a buffet.) I appeased the family and got what they wanted, but I also ordered a 54 Pizza Express pie, just to see how it was since none of us have ever ordered from there before. People, this is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I am so jealous they do not have a location in Bowling Green. The crust was perfect, not too thin and not thick; just fresh and right. Cheese, OMG, covered in cheese and the perfect toppings. Needless to say, my parents will continue to order from there and when they come see me, I will ask them to bring me one for dinner.
