Wish I could give this a MINUS rating.Went there Monday morning and for the second time in two weeks, NO ONE was at the front counter.Last time, I stood there for only about 2 minutes or so before someone finally came from the back to the counter.This time, I stood there for over 5 minutes.I could hear a male and female talking.I actually followed a young guy in that was supposed to be cleaning the parking area. HE came to the counter and started shuffling things around under the counter after I had been there close to 5 minutes, never said a word. Just ignored me standing there and after he was there a minute or so, I finally just left.. Never got waited on. So much for FAST food.. This was around 6:50 AM. If you don’t want to wait on customers that early, then don’t OPEN the dining room doors!

Blah. Not good. In the back was chaotic and there weren’t that many people ordering food. Not good service and kept forgetting to give us food. Ex:) they forgot a vanilla shake and then ignored us as we thried to tell them that. Did not enjoy!
I’m a late night drive through customer. Service is always fast and courteous. Food is fresh and consistent. There are occasional instances of being short on an item. Check your order before leaving. Managers are quick to fix a problem. They’ve been great overall. I’m really glad that BK is open late, and has good people serving good food.
